The C1L1 building can be adapted for a variety of uses. The modern distribution space of 62,565 m² can be divided into 6 separate units, of at 10,000 m²* each.

The space within the warehouse can be fully customised with offices, rooms for technical use, cafes, charging rooms for batteries and electrical systems, depending on the requirements and needs of the tenant.

* Each unit of 10,000 m² includes an 80m² charging area along with sanitary washing facilities.
